PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing stator assembly for BLDC(brushless direct current) motor and a BLDC motor of the same are provided to heighten a productivity and reliability of product by manufacturing a stator assembly of a BLDC motor in combination of a stator coil which is uneven with a slot-less stator core which is separated into an inner ring and an outer ring. CONSTITUTION: A first process winds a coil(10) to a diameter fitting for a coil average path of a slot formed on a circumferential face of an inner ring(30). A second process performs a forming of the wired coil(10) according to the number of slot at the inner ring(30) and the number of curve by a motor constant. A third process locates the inner side of the coil(10) at the lower end of the slot, matches the outer side of the coil(10) with the upper end of the slot, and mounts an outer ring on the circumferential face of the inner ring(30).
