Fabrication Method of Stator Assembly on Brushless DC Motor Using Stator Core of AC Motor and Brushless DC Motor by Method thereof

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a BLDC(brushless DC) motor stator assembly using a stator core of an AC induction motor and a brushless DC motor using it are provided to simplify a winding method and a manufacturing process to enhance productivity so as to manufacturing the BLDC motor using conventional AC motor through minimum equipment improvement. CONSTITUTION: First, a coil(10) is wound into an annular shape to be corresponding to the length of a coil path of a stator core to treat the ends(19) of the coil. Then, the wound annular coil is formed into the same shape as the coil path of a stator core slot. Next, the formed coil is inserted into the core slot of the stator to be fixed. The BLDC motor comprises an AC induction motor stator core having a plurality of slots formed, a stator coil inserted into the slots and a rotor.
