PURPOSE: Health supplementary having hangover reduction and alcoholic liver detoxification function, and a producing method thereof are provided to use youngia denticulate and lactuca indica. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of health supplementary food comprises the following steps: washing youngia denticulate or lactuca indica, and drying in the shade; crushing the dried youngia denticulate or lactuca indica; extracting the crushed ingredient with 70% ethanol at 50-70 deg C for 5-20 hours before filtering, and repeating the extraction and filtration process for 1-5 times; and removing the ethanol from the filtrate using a decompress-concentrator, and rapidly freeze-drying to obtain powder.
