PURPOSE: A ship for installing a tower-type structure is provided to enable a tower-type structure to be installed on the sea with different depths effectively and rapidly.;CONSTITUTION: A ship for installing a tower-type structure comprises hull(200), a tilting unit(400), a lifting unit(500), and a transfer unit(300). The hull comprises a loading unit, on which a plurality of tower-type structures can be loaded. The tilting unit is installed on the edge of the hull and comprises a rotating shaft parallel to the edge. The lifting unit is coupled to the tiling unit to be able to tilt from a horizontal direction to a vertical direction through the tilting unit and holds the tower-type structures so that one end of the tower-type structures faces the tilting unit.
