PURPOSE: A mobile communication terminal, an operation method of a mobile platform and an idle screen application managing method are provided to load the mobile platform consisting of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A kernel layer module(331) controls the process of the mobile platform. In the application programming interface level module is the mobile telecommunication terminal, the application programming interface function for practicing application is managed. The kernel layer module, and the application interface level module and a system layer module(323) embody as the individual module in which each function independents of the platform code binary form.
