PURPOSE: An InP/ZnS core/shell quantum dot synthesis method which uses a solvent heat method is provided to mix a sulfur precursor, zinc precursor, and InP core quantum dot synthesize d by the solvent heat method, thereby arranging an InP/ZnS core/shell quantum dot with high efficiency without an additional process. CONSTITUTION: An InP core quantum dot is synthesized through a solvent heat method using a phosphorus precursor and indium precursor(S1). A ZnS shell layer is arranged in the InP core quantum dot by mixing a zinc precursor and sulfur precursor in the InP core quantum dot(S2). A purification process which eliminates by-products is performed using centrifugal separator(S3). A size -selective precipitation process which successively precipitates from a big quantum dot is performed(S4).
