MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC CERAMICS COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING MICROWAVE DIELECTRIC CERAMICS USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A microwave dielectric ceramics composition and a manufacturing method of a microwave dielectric ceramics using thereof are provided to sinter the composition with an internal conductor electrode at the low temperature less than 900 deg C. CONSTITUTION: A microwave dielectric ceramics composition contains a component marked with chemical formula 1: Bi4(SiO4)3. The microwave dielectric ceramics composition contains Bi4(SiO4)3 and B2O3 in a ratio of 1:0.001~1:0.200. The composition is capable of being sintered in 850~900 deg C.
