PURPOSE: A blind spot display device and a method thereof are provided to offer the information of front, rear and side blind spots to a driver by matching a plurality of images recorded at different times in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A blind spot display device(100) comprises one or more cameras(110,120), a controller(130) and a monitor display unit(140). One or more cameras are installed in a vehicle and an image is taken. The controller synthesizes the image information recording through a camera at an arbitrary point in time and the past image information photographed before a predetermined time through an image processing program and generates the image information. The controller displays a vehicles icon in the image information through an outline or a translucent color. In order for the blind spot shielded by a vehicle body to be displayed, the controller outputs the image information and vehicles icon.
