Multiplex PCR primers and detection method for diagnosing herpesviruses

PURPOSE: A pultiplex PCR primer for diagnosing herpesvirus and a method for detecting using the same are provided to simultaneously detect four kinds of herpesvirus target genes and to save diagnosis cost. CONSTITUTION: A method for single tube-multiplex PCR for detecting herpesvirus is performed using a primer set of sequence numbers 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, and 7 and 8. The herpesvirus is Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV), epsterin barr virus(EBV), human herpersvirus 6(HHV-6), or human herpesvirus 7(HHV-7). A singletube-multiplex PCR premix kit comprises a primer set for detecting herpes virus, reaction buffer, and DNA polymerase.
