PURPOSE: A solar cell and a thin film board for the solar cell are provided to improve efficiency of the solar cell by multiply amount of light which is income to a power generation layer through a light scattering parts.;CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(120) is located on a substrate(110). The substrate comprises a plurality of light scattering parts. A power generation layer(130) is located on the transparent electrode. The power generation layer comprises a p-type semiconductor layer(131), an intrinsic semiconductor layer(132), and an n-type semiconductor layer(133). A backside reflection layer(140) is located on the power generation layer. A backside electrode(150) is located on the backside reflection layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
