PURPOSE: A portable terminal, server, and control method thereof are provided to enable a user to successively execute application using a personal computer by managing user interface for the personal computer. CONSTITUTION: A movement information reporting unit(105) transmits access information to a server in order to activate application which is interlocked with a personal computer. When a sensing unit senses movement information, the movement information reporting unit transmits breakaway information in order to deactivate the application interlocked with the personal computer. In case the movement information reporting unit transmits the access information, a data processing unit(107) deactivates the application. The movement information reporting unit transmits the breakaway information, the data processing unit activates the application. The data processing unit stores processing result data in the server.
