PURPOSE: An outdoor work wear manufacturing device and method is provided to enhance the manufacturing speed and the product quality and to facilitate the production and maintenance of the outdoor work wear. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor work wear manufacturing device comprises a drum for base cloth(110), a drum for lightproof member(130), a multi needle member(160), a drum for tension control of lightproof member(150), a drum for tension of clothes material(210). A base cloth is reeled in the drum for base cloth. A plurality of lightproof member is wound in the drum for lightproof member. The multi needle member equips the needle having more than the number of the lightproof member and combines the lightproof member with the base cloth. A drum for tension control of lightproof member drives the tension force to the lightproof member. A drum for tension of clothes material drives the tension force to the outdoor wear coupled with a plurality of lightproof member in order to transfer the outdoor wear toward one way.
