PURPOSE: A rowing machine for persons who have lower body paralysis is provided to maximize muscular exercise by linking with a position sensing unit. CONSTITUTION: A rowing machine for persons who have lower body paralysis comprises: a seat(10) equipped with an upper body fixing unit; a stage(20) equipped with a foot fixing device; a calf fixing belt(30) which fixes both legs of a user; a drive cable(40) in which one end thereof is connected to a handle; a driven cable(50) which is installed in a closed loop shape; a position sensing unit(60) equipped in the seat or frame; and an electronic stimulation device(70) which selectively contracts muscle by electrostimulation.
