PURPOSE: A paste composition is provided to manufacture solar cell, which has the improved properties of a BSF layer and a second electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A paste composition comprises a plurality of conductive particles, an inorganic binder, an organic binder, and an oxide semiconductor having a first conductive type. The oxide semiconductor comprises NiFe2O4, CoFe2O4, or strontium copper oxide. The solar cell comprises a light-absorbing layer, a first electrode below the light-absorbing layer, and a second electrode below the light-absorbing layer.
