Simulation assisted building energy management system and method for management of building energy

PURPOSE: A simulation-assisted BEMS(Building Energy Management System) and a building energy management method thereof are provided to display a current building state with a definite numerical value to a building owner by quantitatively identifying performance. CONSTITUTION: A database(200) stores an data inputted by a building information input unit. BEMS(400) includes a simulation-assisted model(410) and a control algorithm(420) which are designed by the building information collected from the database. A middleware(300) connects the BEMS to the database. The control algorithm includes a light control algorithm. The light control algorithm includes a control algorithm which uses a time schedule, a occupancy sensor, a local light sensor, and a daylight sensor.
