PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable more proper reduction of energy consumption of a building.;SOLUTION: The energy management system of a building comprises: management means for performing real time storage and management of inside and outside information of the building changing time-sequentially, based on input through a sensor of the building; calculation means for calculating a target calculated value of energy consumption of the building changing time-sequentially based on the inside and outside information of the building; and output means for outputting the target calculated value of the energy consumption of the building changing time-sequentially calculated by the calculation means, and an actual measured value of the energy consumption of the building changing time-sequentially included in the inside and outside information of the building, as a chart with which the values can be compared.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
