PURPOSE: An unfinished material transfer device and a control method thereof are provided to save time and costs for carrying unfinished materials by transferring the unfinished materials toward a next process.;CONSTITUTION: An unfinished material transfer device and a control method thereof consist of a temporary palette(31), a lifting unit(32), a pressure panel(37), a pressure driving unit, and a controlling unit. Unfinished materials are piled up on a temporary palette after a blanking process. The lifting unit lifts the temporary palette. The pressure panel presses side of the piled unfinished materials in order to pile the multiple unfinished materials precisely. The pressure driving unit transfers the pressure panel toward the unfinished material. The controlling unit transmits actuating signal to the pressure driving unit when the unfinished materials are being piled up on the temporary palette and also transmits actuating signal to the lifting unit in order to drop the temporary palette in stages.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
