Server, device and the method for providing community services based on co-ownership

PURPOSE: A server for providing a community service based on co-ownership, a terminal device thereof, and a method thereof are provided to generate a community which co-owns at least two members and inherit, divide, and hand over the community by the ties of the members, thereby providing a permanent community service. CONSTITUTION: A community generating unit(110) receives a community generation request signal from a manager terminal device and generates a community. A member registering unit(120) collects personal information and registers the received information in a member information DB(230). A voting right request unit(150) requests use of a voting right. A community controller(130) controls community member information or feature information by the use of the voting right.
