PURPOSE: A fixing device for a non-mandrel pipe bending device and a non-mandrel pipe bending device having the same are provided to secure a space for accommodating extended portions of a pipe being bent because the cross section of receiving grooves of a fixing device is in an elliptical shape, not a circular shape.;CONSTITUTION: A fixing device for a non-mandrel pipe bending device comprises a plurality of recesses(311) with receiving grooves(310).
