PURPOSE: A method for preparing chlorine e6-PVP from spirurina is provided to simply and quickly obtain chlorine e6-PVP.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing chlorine e6-PVP of chemical formula 5-1 comprises: a step of treating a chlorophyll a acetone solution of chemical formula 1 with strong base to prepare chlorophyll a derivative of chemical formula 2; a step of adjusting pH concentration to 6-9 by treating strong acid to prepare water soluble chlorophyll a derivative; a step of treating strong acid to prepare acid chlorine e6 of chemical formula 3; a step of treating base to prepare salt chlorine e6 of chemical formula 4; and a step of treating polyvinyl pyrrolidone.
