PURPOSE: A R&D priority determination method, R&D priority determination thereof and a business model development method thereof are provided to present a business model based on a promising technology field. CONSTITUTION: A priority group of a service/product of a corresponding field is identified(S101~S103) A priority group of a middle class technology is identified(S104,S105). A promising technology group is identified depending on identification of a priority group of detailed technology(S106,S107). A business model of the corresponding field is generated by the first, second, and third steps of QFD(Quality Function Deployment)(S108).
