PURPOSE: A device structure of an electrolytic condenser is provided to prevent explosion and fire due to a short by attaching an adhesive tape to an entire exposed surface of a cathode foil.;CONSTITUTION: An electrolyte(30) is inserted between an anode foil(20) and a cathode foil(10). An adhesive tape(40) is attached to an entire exposed surface of a cathode foil exposed to the outside. A width length(z) of the adhesive tape is formed to be over the width length(y) of the cathode foil or the anode foil. The adhesive tape is made of a polyimide resin.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
