PURPOSE: A lithium manganese storage battery is provided to improve assembility, to prevent the leakage of electrolyte generated during welding, and to increase operational voltage.;CONSTITUTION: A lithium manganese storage battery(1) comprises a lithium negative electrode(15) and a manganese positive electrode(9) inside a case(17), and an ample(7) in which electrolyte(13) is stored. When used, the ample is destroyed for the electrolyte to soak the positive electrode and the negative electrode. The positive electrode is formed through the mixing of 80-95 weight% of MnO2, 3-18 weight% of carbon, and 2-17 weight% of a binder for molding. The porosity of the positive electrode is 40-85 %. The electrolyte is an organic solvent containing lithium salt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
