PURPOSE: An alarm clock saying English word is provided to maximize the learning effect of an English word by enabling a user to repetitively hear the English word when the user awakens from sleep.;CONSTITUTION: A display(10) is included in a case and displays time. A plurality of character input keys(20) is included in the case. A speaker(60) is included in the case. A controller displays the English word inputted through the character input key on the display when it comes to a preset time which is preset through the input of an alarm time setting key.
