PURPOSE: A method for preventing steering pull of a vehicle using an electric power steering system is provided to compensate steering pull due to deterioration of the vehicle by determining with calculation of the steering pull generating in various conditions.;CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing steering pull of a vehicle using an electric power steering system is as follows. The electric power steering system periodically receives vehicle information. By comparing the vehicle information which a first cycle and a second cycle are received, whether the vehicle is steering pull or not and indexes of the steering pull are determined. If a system determines that the steering pull is generated, current value applying to a motor of the electric power steering system is calculated based on the indexes of the steering pull.
