DOPING DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELECTRODE OF AN ENERGY STORAGE DEVICE AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE ELECTRODE USING THE SAME CAPABLE OF EFFICIENTLY DOPING AN ELECTRODE OF A LITHIUM ION CAPACITOR WITH LITHIUM IONS
PURPOSE: A doping device for manufacturing an electrode of an energy storage device and a method for manufacturing the electrode using the same are provided to improve the efficiency of a lithium doping process by maximizing doping time and a movement distance of an electrode plate.;CONSTITUTION: A doping chamber(110) provides a space for doping an electrode plate with lithium ions. The doping chamber includes a doping chamber body(112), a doping plate(116), and a temperature controller(118). An electrode plate transfer(120) transfers the electrode plate. The electrode plate transfer includes a first roller(122), a second roller(124), and a third roller(126). A dry chamber(130) dries the electrode plate and includes a dry chamber body(132), a fourth roller(134), and a heater(136). An ultrasonic provider(140) applies a preset ultrasonic wave to an electrolyte in the doping chamber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
