ALARM COMBINATION VALVE CAPABLE OF BLOCKING THE MALFUNCTION OF AN ALARM SWITCH AND ENHANCING SEALING AND LUBRICATION EFFECTS

PURPOSE: An alarm combination valve is provided to prevent malfunction due to a double clapper and an angle sensor and reduce height and weight by integrating a semi-circle valve into an alarm valve.;CONSTITUTION: An alarm combination valve comprises a primary pressure gauge(26), a strainer(31), and a semi-circle seat ring(32). The primary pressure gauge is installed on the middle part of a lower flange(25), and the semi-circle seat ring is installed to make contact with the strainer. A plurality of grooves(35,35') are formed on the inner slope of the semi-circle seat ring to make frictional movement with the edges(34,34') of a semi-circle unit(33). A groove(36) is formed on the bottom of the seat ring, so a double packing(37) is inserted into the groove. The other end of the semi-circle unit is assembled by the semi-circle seat ring(32') fixed by a step(39') formed on the bottom of the seat ring.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
