PURPOSE: A wavelength conversion composition for a light emitting device and a solar battery, the light emitting device and the solar battery including the composition, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to be used as fluorescent substance which enables various white tuning by adjusting activator concentration.;CONSTITUTION: A wavelength conversion composition includes at most 3 volume% of aluminum nitride(AlN) and is marked as chemical formula 1: Mg_(1-z)Al_xSi_yN_d:Eu_z^(2+). In the chemical formula 1, 0.1=x=2, 0.1=y=2, 0.0001=z=0.15, and 0.9=d=5.33. When the phosphor is excited at 400 nm, a peak wavelength of emission spectrum changes to 620-710nm in accordance with concentration of europium ion.
