MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OLIVE EXTRACTS FROM OLIVE FRUITS AND LEAVES, OLIVE EXTRACTS USING THE METHOD CAPABLE OF BEING APPLIED TO COSMETICS, MEDICINE, AND FOOD, AND A METHOD FOR REDUCING GREEN-SMELL ORIGINATED FROM THE OLIVE LEAVES OF THE OLIVE EXTRACTS
MANUFACTURING METHOD OF OLIVE EXTRACTS FROM OLIVE FRUITS AND LEAVES, OLIVE EXTRACTS USING THE METHOD CAPABLE OF BEING APPLIED TO COSMETICS, MEDICINE, AND FOOD, AND A METHOD FOR REDUCING GREEN-SMELL ORIGINATED FROM THE OLIVE LEAVES OF THE OLIVE EXTRACTS
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of olive extracts from olive fruits and leaves and a method for reducing green-smell originated from the olive leaves of the olive extracts are provided to easily obtain olive extracts which contains high percentage of vitamin A and E, and chlorophyll without green-smell originated from the olive leaves.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of olive extracts from olive fruits and leaves comprises the following steps: either lactic acid fermenting and pulverizing, lactic acid fermenting while pulverizing, or lactic acid fermenting after pulverizing a mixture of olive fruits and more than 5 mass% and less than 30 mass% of olive leaves(2'); and extracting oil from pasty water(6). The lactic acid fermentation can be completed by soaking the olive fruits and the olive leaves in salty water(5).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
