PURPOSE: A copper(Cu)-cobalt(Co) alloy dendrite electrode and a biofuel battery including thereof are provided to excel catalyst activation for anode and cathode fuels and use in wide range such as hydrogen peroxide sensor, fuel battery, or monosaccharide sensor. CONSTITUTION: A copper(Cu)-cobalt(Co) alloy dendrite electrode is formed on hyaline carbon electrode or copper plate through electrodeposition with electric potential of (-0.6)-(-1.2)V for 300-700seconds. The copper(Cu)-cobalt(Co) alloy dendrite electrode has 45-65 % and 35-55% of Cu and Co metal amount rate. The biofuel battery includes the Cu-Co alloy dendrite electrode and uses monosaccharide as anode fuel and hydrogen peroxide as cathode fuel. The biofuel battery has maximum power density at 35deg.C.
