PURPOSE: A vegetable cultivating method for improving red color expression property using deep sea water is provided to offer nutrients contained in the deep sea water to vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A vegetable cultivating method for improving red color expression property using deep sea water comprises the following steps: supplying a nutrient solution containing the desalinated deep sea water and fresh water to seeds; planting the obtained seedlings on an urethane sponge when dorsal roots from the seeds are 2-3mm; supplying a culture solution containing the nutrient solution and the deep sea water in a ratio of 70:30 to the seedlings after 3 days; and transplanting the seedlings to a planting bed after 15 days.
