PURPOSE: A duty management system using a wireless sensor network and duty management method are provided to managing the duty state of a user by wirelessly transmitting and receiving a user unit and user information.;CONSTITUTION: The sensor apparatus of a user unit(120) creates a signal corresponding to the non-existence and existence of a user. The communication unit(121) of the user unit wirelessly receives the created signal. A server(110) wirelessly transmits and receives the information of the user unit through the communication unit. The server manages the duty of the user. Each user unit transmits and receives the information by using the communication unit.
