SYSTEM FOR LIFE INSURANCE WITH SPECIAL CONTRACTS ON DIVORCE

PURPOSE: A life insurance system with special contracts on divorce is provided to transfer the right for insurance reserve fund to a spouse. CONSTITUTION: An insurance company and a spouse make a life insurance contract in which special contracts on divorce are applied(S1). The spouse of a contractor regularly reports the marital state to the insurance company(S2). The insurance company transfers instructions about right when the contract got divorced(S3). The spouse presents the document for the special contracts to the insurance company(S4).
