PURPOSE: An anchor rail with a tension strap can reliably position anchor rails with a small charge.;CONSTITUTION: An anchor rail(11) with a tension strap includes a rail body(12), a housing space(13), multiple anchor elements(14), a filling body(15), a filling element(16), and a tearing-out strap(21). The housing space is stretched toward a lengthwise direction of the rail body. The anchor elements are projected from the bottom surface of the rail body. The filling body is arranged inside the housing space of the rail body. The tearing-out strap is attached on the bottom surface of the filling element being toward the anchor elements and connected with the filing element.
