摘要

PURPOSE: An optical taste sensor is provided to authentically distinguish each taste by a color change caused by a reaction of a taste element and dye and to reduce errors with respect to a distinguishment of tastes by responding the taste element with various dyes.;CONSTITUTION: An optical taste sensor comprises an injection type sensor chip or glass substrate type sensor chip. The injection type sensor chip or glass substrate type sensor chip recognize a color change caused by a reaction of a taste element and dye as a difference of optical properties, thereby distinguishing tastes. The injection type sensor chip is composed of a resin pattern, a glass substrate(10), and a supporter(60). The resin pattern forms a storage space(8) for a dye formed in a plurality of micro channels connected to each other and an injection hole and outlet. The resin pattern is adhered to the glass substrate by the oxygen plasma method. A dye arranged in the storage space of the plurality of micro channels between the resin pattern and glass substrate is adhered to the supporter.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
