PURPOSE: A fluctuation assembly is provided to dually connect a drive hub and journal by a connecting pin so that load and moment added to a wobble plate is effectively dispersed.;CONSTITUTION: A fluctuation assembly comprises a journal(22), a wobble plate, and a drive hub(23). The journal is connected to a shaft(21) to be fluctuated. Two or more connection units are projected in a side of the journal. The wobble plate is supported in a side of the journal.
