LASER VISION SYSTEM CAPABLE OF VARYING MEASUREMENT DOMAIN AND MEASUREMENT PRECISION

PURPOSE: A laser vision system able to change a measuring region and a measuring precision is provided to reduce costs for equipment and installation and easily manage a process because several laser vision system used for a measurement environment can be replaced with one laser vision system. CONSTITUTION: A laser vision system able to change a measuring region and a measuring precision comprises a laser generator(110), a camera(120), an image processor(130), a specific point position calculation module(140), a FOV/DOF calculation module(150), a camera position calculation module(160), a motor drive(170), a motor/encoder(180), and a camera position measuring module(190). The laser generator generates laser to irradiate to a measurement object. The camera converts the laser reflected from the measurement object into images. The image processor extracts a specific point from the images converted in the camera. The specific point position calculation module calculates a position of the specific point by using a position relation of the specific point, a laser plane, and a position of the camera. The FOV / DOF calculation module calculates the measurement regions of a width direction and length direction. The camera position measuring module calculates the position of the camera satisfying the calculated measurement regions of the width direction and length direction.
