FOUNDATION STRUCTURE OF A MODULAR BUILDING AND A DRYING METHOD USING THE SAME CAPABLE OF IMPROVING STRUCTURAL STABILITY

PURPOSE: A foundation structure of a modular building and a drying method using the same are provided to reduce construction time and costs by rapidly installing the foundation structure previously manufactured in a plant on a construction site.;CONSTITUTION: A drying method using a foundation structure of a modular building is as follows. Bottom concrete(10) is placed on the excavated ground. Guide pins(12) are installed on the top of the placed bottom concrete, and the top ends of the guide pins are protruded from the top of the bottom concrete. PC columns(20) previously molded and manufactured in a plant are installed on the top of the bottom concrete at uniform intervals. Water stop materials(S) are installed on the side walls of the PC columns and the top of the bottom concrete. PC walls(30) previously molded and manufactured in the plant are placed between the PC columns and are connected to the PC columns through connecting pins(33).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
