PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling the light illuminating lamp of a bicycle are provided to minimize power consumption by controlling the brightness of the light illuminating lamp.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for controlling the light illuminating lamp(40) of a bicycle includes an acceleration sensor and a controlling part(30). The acceleration sensor measures the acceleration of a driving bicycle. The controlling part calculates the speed of the driving bicycle based on the measured acceleration of the bicycle and controls the brightness and the illuminating angle of the light illuminating lamp according to the speed and the acceleration of the bicycle.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
