PURPOSE: A TiO2-organic compound hybrid nano-fiber and a manufacturing method of hybrid nano-fiber are provided to improve optical activity efficiency by surface-processing TiO2-organic compound hybrid nano-fiber using oxygen plasma.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of TiO2- organic compound hybrid nano-fiber comprises next steps: dissolving TiO2 nano-powder in a solvent and stirring thereof; mixing the organic compound with the solution; manufacturing organic compound including TiO2 nanopowder with the stirred raw material using an electrospinning method; and surface treating the hybrid nano-fiber with atmospheric pressure plasma in which oxygen is inserted. A manufacturing method of the hybrid nano-fiber uses 0.5-20 parts by weight of TiO2 nanopowder and 10-20 parts by weight of organic compound based on 100.0 parts by weight of the solvent.
