PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a carcass material of a tire is provided to improve uniformity of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a carcass material of a tire comprises: a step of feeding a warp yarn arrangemen; a step of inserting weft yarn(3) forming carcass code in a perpendicular direction with the warp yarn; a step of attaching unvulcanized rubber on both sides of a fabric using a calendar roll; a step of passing the fabric through a pair of calendar rolls; a step of pressing the fabric by a pair of pressure rolls; and a step of penetrating the unvulcanized rubber between the weft yarn.
