PURPOSE: A test strip for detecting urine protein in a biological sample is provided to easily observe color change and to save raw material cost and production cost.;CONSTITUTION: A test strip containing urine protein indicator in a biological sample contains a compound of general formula I as protein error indicator. In general formula I, X is -Cl,-Br, and -I; Y' is -Cl,-Br,-I; Y'' is -NO, -NO2, -Cl,-Br,-I; and Z is -SO3H, -SO3Na.
