PURPOSE: A stylus pen with a stable pulling/pushing structure of a touch tip is provided to easily perform a desired touch operation with holding the stylus pen in a user's hand.;CONSTITUTION: A touch pen unit(70) is accepted to a lower cap(20). The touch pen unit is pulled to outside by pulling or rotating of the lower cap. An upper end of the touch pen unit is fitted with a first protrusion.
