PURPOSE: A picking device of a structure test is provided to improve the workability and to secure a safety of a worker, because heating picking solution is completed in short time and cleaning a sample after picking is easily and rapidly performed.;CONSTITUTION: A picking device of a structure test(1) comprises a picking vessel(10), a heating member(20), and a protective member(40). The picking vessel comprises an inner space(11) where picking solution is contained. The heating member is installed to be spaced from the bottom by taking a fixing member(30) as a medium. The protective member is joined to the upper part of the picking vessel to be spaced from the heating member. The protective member comprises a receiving space(41) where a sample is seated.
