PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing a boot of a brake booster for a car and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simply separate a boot from a lower core as successively passing an oblique projection of the boot through an oblique projection part.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing a boot of a brake booster for a car is as follows. Melted resin is flowed into an inner inflow pipe(26) of an upper core(25) after passing through an inlet hole(24) of an upper plate(21) from a bushing(23). The melted resin is molded into a shape of a boot in among the upper core, a lower core(50), and a movable core(60) A lift(40) of the lower core is ascended to form an air discharge hole. Air flowed from the lower part of the lower core is discharged through an air passage(52) of the lower core along the air discharge hole. A gap is created by the air between an oblique projection of the boot and an oblique projection part of the lower core so that the boot is separated by the lower core.
