PURPOSE: A hall device module with double hall devices which are interconnected is provided to additionally eliminate an offset due to the mismatch of a first hall device and a second hall device by adding a separate switch module in an output terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A first hall device(111) includes first terminal pair(A,C) and output terminal pair for excitation. A second hall device(112) includes a second terminal pair(B,D) and the output terminal pair for excitation. The first hall device and the second hall device have the same equivalent circuit. The second hall device is arranged while being rotated based on the first hall device at a certain angle. A first terminal of the first terminal pair is applied with drive power for excitation while being interconnected with a first terminal of the second terminal pair.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
