METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FLEXIBLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE, FLEXIBLE ELECTRONIC DEVICE AND FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE USING A FLEXIBLE MOTHER SUBSTRATE AND ROLL TO ROLL PROCESS

PURPOSE: A flexible electric component which uses a flexible motherboard and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily solve a surface roughness problem of a flexible substrate by forming an electric component on a separation section having surface roughness which is similar with the flexible motherboard. CONSTITUTION: A protective layer having anti-corrosive about acidity plating solution or basic plating solution is formed on a flexible motherboard(100). The flexible motherboard is composed of polymer material. A flexible substrate(200) is formed on the protective layer. The flexible substrate is separated from the flexible motherboard. The surface roughness of the flexible motherboard is maintained after the flexible substrate is separated from the flexible motherboard. An electric component is formed on the separation section of the flexible substrate.
