METHOD AND AN APPARATUS FOR QUANTITATIVELY ANALYZING THE CONTAMINATED DEGREE OF A SEPARATING MEMBRANE BASED ON A FLUORESCENCE PROTEIN STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF ACCURATELY IMPLEMENTING QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for quantitatively analyzing the contaminated degree of a separating membrane based on a fluorescence protein structure are provided to directly recognize protein absorbed on the separating membrane.;CONSTITUTION: A solution containing a fluorescence protein structure is prepared. The solution passes through a separating membrane to absorb the fluorescence protein structure on the surface of the separating membrane. Fluorescent substances from the fluorescence protein structure are measured to quantitatively analyze the fluorescence protein. An apparatus for quantitatively analyzing the contaminated degree f the separating membrane includes a separating membrane filter and a fluorescence recognizing unit. The fluorescence recognizing unit recognizes fluorescence from the fluorescence structure and quantitatively analyzes the fluorescence structure.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
