PURPOSE: A welding method using the vibration of a welding wire is provided to properly guide the growing direction of a coagulated structure of welding metal toward the surface of the welding metal by vibrating a welding wire in a direction of crossing a welding seam line of base metal at high speed.;CONSTITUTION: A welding method using the vibration of a welding wire comprises the steps of: detecting the welding direction on a joint of base metal(10) and vibrating a welding wire in a direction of crossing the detected welding direction. The arc heat generated from the vibration of the welding wire is evenly dispersed over the whole width of welding metal(12) formed between base metal and the growing direction of a coagulated structure is guided toward the surface of the welding metal at the boundary surface(14) between the base metal and the welding metal, thereby minimizing welding distortion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
