PURPOSE: A remote shooting control device and a method thereof is provided to improve accuracy of fire because users shoot at objects with watching motions of the objects through a video being filmed by a camera.;CONSTITUTION: A remote shooting control device(111) and a method thereof comprises an image output unit(211), a motion setting unit(221), firearm driving and setting unit(231), and a shooting setting unit(241). The image output unit displays a video recorded on a monitor connected to the remote shooting control device. The motion setting unit displays keys and values for moving a center of a muzzle and the operations of the camera on the monitor. The firearm driving and setting unit displays the keys and the values needed for driving guns on the monitor.
